You were the vital link between the Zenith Insurance Company and our insurance claim. You responded to the call to Zenith regarding the leak in our kitchen very promptly. You arranged to have the roofand ceiling in the kitchen inspected in a timely manner. Once you determined the extent and cause ofthe damage and what repairs were required, you informed me immediately. You arranged for two roofers to give you an estimate regarding the damage and the repairs needed to fix our roof. You had our ceiling inspected and braced to ensure that it was safe and once the roof was repaired, you bad the damage to the kitchen ceiling fixed . Throughout this process, you kept us well informed of who and what would be happening to repair the damage. The benchmark for me is the level ofconstructive communication to me as a client. Our pricing is very competitive &usually better than most computer generated estimates but again conforming with industry standards we are looking into these programs for this year.
